By requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or otherwise engaging with Mansour’s Innovations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Services Overview

Mansour’s Innovations provides waterproofing, plumbing, excavation, drainage, and related home improvement services in Southeast Michigan. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Interior and exterior basement waterproofing
• Sump pump installation, repair, and maintenance
• Drain cleaning and sewer services
• Foundation crack injection and repair
• Excavation services
• Exterior drainage solutions
• Plumbing services and repairs
• Flood restoration and emergency services

Estimates and Pricing

Free Estimates

We provide free, no-obligation estimates for our services. Estimates are based on the information provided and our initial assessment of your property. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual conditions discovered during work
• Changes in scope requested by the customer
• Unforeseen complications or additional work required
• Material price fluctuations

Written Quotes

All quotes and estimates will be provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to revise quotes if work is not scheduled within the validity period.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, credit cards, and financing options. Payment is typically due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Service Appointments and Scheduling

Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Emergency Services

We offer 24/7 emergency services for urgent situations such as flooded basements, burst pipes, or sewage backups. Emergency service calls may be subject to additional fees based on time of day and urgency.

Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our waterproofing services include a comprehensive 25-year transferable warranty covering materials and workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in your warranty documentation.

Warranty Conditions

Warranty coverage is subject to:

• Proper maintenance of installed systems
• No unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Compliance with recommended care instructions
• Payment in full for all services rendered

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover damage caused by:

• Acts of God, natural disasters, or extreme weather events
• Negligence, abuse, or improper use
• Work performed by unauthorized third parties
• Normal wear and tear
• Failure to maintain systems as recommended

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide Access: Ensure our technicians have safe and clear access to work areas
• Accurate Information: Provide truthful and complete information about your property and issues
• Property Preparation: Remove valuable or fragile items from work areas
• Pet Safety: Secure pets during service appointments
• Timely Payment: Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms
• Permits and Approvals: Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals (unless otherwise agreed)

Property Access and Safety

By engaging our services, you grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon work. We will:

• Respect your property and minimize disruption
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations
• Clean up work areas upon completion
• Protect your property during excavation and construction

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mansour’s Innovations shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed or discovered during initial assessment
• Damage to property not directly caused by our work
• Delays caused by weather, permit issues, or circumstances beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

Insurance and Licensing

Mansour’s Innovations is fully licensed and insured in the State of Michigan. We carry:

• General liability insurance
• Workers’ compensation insurance
• All required state and local licenses

Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.

Dispute Resolution

Good Faith Efforts

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us immediately so we can address them promptly.

Mediation

In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Mansour’s Innovations and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
