  4. Installed the tapping saddle and made the live tap.
  5. Ran a new copper water service with a new curb stop.
  6. Trenched to the building and brought the new line inside.

The building has a new copper water service from the main, with a new curb stop, brought inside the building. The main stayed in service through the tap, so the neighbors and nearby businesses kept their water.
